The aseptic tanks are designed and manufactured in accordance with pressure vessel standards. Both the jacket and the inside of the tank are resistant to steam and pure steam sterilization. The tank is also divided into two structural forms: single-layer and thermal insulation, and the inside of the tank is able to withstand pasteurization and hot water for two kinds of sterilization and disinfection. In the aspect of biopharmaceuticals, the use of aseptic water storage tank is very wide, is the standard existence. Water for injection is a high purity water used for preparing drugs, cleaning sterile utensils, etc. Aseptic water tanks are ideal for storing water for injection. Aseptic tanks ensure the purity and quality of the water, avoiding the risk of contamination and cross-contamination. Aseptic water tanks can be piped to deliver water to where it is needed.

1. Space saving. Small footprint, large capacity and low center of gravity. The bottom of the water tank is designed with a flat bottom, or it can be fixed with angle iron bracket.
2. Customized service. The aseptic water tank is light weight and has a long service life, the specifications from 0.5T-30T can be operated, manufactured or customized according to the parameters and requirements provided by customers.
3. Low risk of bacteria. Aseptic water tank prevents airborne bacteria, particles, dust and other contamination of water.
4. Its shell is made of SUS304 stainless steel and has MF cartridge inside to filter out airborne bacteria and dust.
5. Equipped with liquid level lens, users can visualize the water quality in the tank and adjust the water preparation and saving at any time.
