Process improvement project:

1.UPH Laboratory ultra pure water system upgrade

1.1 Optimized the box structure, the volume is reduced to 60% of the original, the layout is more reasonable, the structure is more compact, and the installation space is greatly saved.

1.2 The storage tank is upgraded to a stainless steel aseptic water tank with built-in immersed ultraviolet light and air breathing apparatus to effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria in the tank.

1.3 The purification system is upgraded from mixed bed to electric deion system, the effluent water quality is stable, automatic regeneration can be achieved, and the service life of consumables is extended without frequent replacement of consumables.

1.4 The purification system is designed for automatic cycle washing, which can effectively prevent the breeding of microorganisms in the system and improve the efficiency of ion exchange.

1.5 Add TOC remover and reduce TOC value of produced water.

1.6 The terminal adopts imported heat removal filter membrane, and the heat removal rate is as high as 99.5%.
